These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrustForge Digital website (tfdhub.com) and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

TrustForge Digital provides SaaS development, custom software development, digital marketing, API integration, automation, and technical consulting services. The specific scope of any engagement will be defined in a separate signed agreement or statement of work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to engage our services.

3. Quotes & Payment

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Engagements typically require an upfront deposit and milestone-based payments.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card (via Stripe, Square, or Airwallex), PayPal, and bank transfer.
  • Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice (typically Net 14 or Net 30).

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to materials, content, accounts, and approvals required for TrustForge to perform services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables produced specifically for the client become the client's property. TrustForge retains rights to underlying tools, libraries, and methodologies used in delivering services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public information shared during an engagement.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. TrustForge disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustForge's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim during the preceding three (3) months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. The client remains responsible for payment of all work performed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes

TrustForge may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
