Refund Policy

TrustForge Digital stands behind the quality of our services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how to request one.

1. SaaS Subscriptions

  • New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if the service has not been substantially used.
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your billing dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Partial-month refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

2. Custom Development & Consulting

  • Deposits are non-refundable once project discovery has commenced, as they cover scheduling and team allocation.
  • Milestone payments are refundable only for incomplete work that has not been delivered or accepted in writing.
  • Completed and accepted deliverables are not eligible for refund.

3. Digital Marketing Services

  • Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice; the current month's fee is non-refundable.
  • Third-party ad spend, software licenses, and content production costs are non-refundable once incurred.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@tfdhub.com with your invoice number, the service involved, and the reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and promptly.
