TrustForge operates as a local pickup store only. We do not offer shipping, home delivery, or international delivery services.

After your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, our team will prepare your order for pickup. You will receive a confirmation email or phone notification when your order is ready to be collected.

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days, although preparation times may vary during holidays, weekends, or periods of high demand.

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from our designated pickup location during our business hours. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up your purchase.

If someone else will be collecting your order on your behalf, please contact us in advance with their name. They may be required to present a valid photo ID and your order confirmation before the order is released.

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. If you notice any issues with your purchase, notify our staff immediately so we can assist you.

Orders that are not collected within 14 days of the pickup notification may be cancelled at our discretion. If a cancellation occurs, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
